Project Management & Support

We can work with you to plan, develop, fundraise for and manage arts and cultural projects or initiatives.

We can deliver Public Consultation or Audience Engagement Events and Commissioning, Professional Development or Mentoring Programmes.

We recently completed the second of two editions of CD:EK, a specialist in-depth training and mentoring programme for early career visual arts curators with Canterbury City Council, Ashford Borough Council, Stour Valley Arts, the Whitstable Biennale and the University for the Creative Arts. The first edition took place in 2006/7.

During 2009 we worked with Swale Borough Council to project manage the creation of an artist-led vision for the redevelopment and revitalisation of Leysdown in Kent, and produced a costed delivery and resourcing plan in association with artist Rosa Ainley and muf art / architecture.

To read how the Delivery Plan we produced describes ways in which the 'Vision' could be developed into a multi-partnered, audience focussed, deliverable programme of activities for the public realm, download a copy and cover of Leysdown Rose-Tinted by clicking here

In 2007 we devised and project managed 50 over 50, the UK’s first national visual arts prize for artists over the age of 50 on behalf of Brighton & Hove Arts Commission and the University of Brighton, including the development of a showcase exhibition at the University of Brighton Gallery.
